Just click on the 'Sign in here' link in the top right hand corner of our website. This link will take you to the
'Sign In' screen and from here simply fill in your email address in the 'New Customer' box and then click the
'Create Account' button. Finally enter your full name and a password and you're done! You will receive an email
confirming that you have successfully registered with Okobe.co.uk.

What do I do if I have forgotten my Okobe.co.uk password?
If you can't remember your password click on the 'Your Account' link on the top right hand corner of our website. Under the section 'My Details' click on the 'Forgotten my password' link. From here simply enter your current email address in the box provided and click on the 'Send Password' button. You will then receive an email giving you instruction on resetting your password.
How do I log out of my Okobe.co.uk account?
Logging out is simple. Once you are signed in, click the '(sign out)' link which appears in the top right hand
corner of our website.

How do I contact you?
You can contact Okobe.co.uk by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link in the top right hand corner of our website
or alternatively by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of our website. Just simply fill in
the details on the form and we will get back in touch with you within 3 working hours and more often than
not within 2 working hours. We genuinely believe that you will receive a far better service from us via email
than via phone.
Where's your telephone number?
Like many other internet companies out there we are here to offer you the best prices on the web. A call centre can be very costly indeed and most of us are fed up of being put on hold for hours on end- with the hold-music making us even more irritable!
At Okobe.co.uk we decided that most of our customers would prefer to contact us via email rather than being put through
to a call centre. Our customer services team generally respond to emails within 3 working hours and more often
than not it can be less than 2 working hours. We pass on the costs we save from not having a call centre directly to
you by offering you even cheaper prices on our website.
What delivery options do you offer?
At Okobe.co.uk we understand that you want to receive the orders you place with us as soon as possible.
That's why on all orders placed before 4:30pm we currently offer Next Working Day delivery throughout our
entire product range for your convenience.
Please note that all orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
A signature will be required on receipt.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer Next Working Day delivery across our entire product range and this is charged from £5.95.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You can track all your shipped orders through your Okobe.co.uk account by viewing your order history information in 'Your Account'. This will only work if you are logged into your account first.
Can I change my order?
It is not currently possible to change your order before it is shipped.
What payment options do you offer?
At Okobe.co.uk we accept VISA, Mastercard credit cards as well as Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo debit cards.
We do not accept cash or cheques as a valid form of payment.
To prevent fraud and maintain security all credit and debit cards are subject to validation and authorisation by us and the card issuing bank.
Why have you authorised my card for £0.01p?
For your security we have introduced this measure to ensure that the credit/debit card used to place an order
is a genuine and valid card. Please note that this will not affect the speed at which your order is sent to you.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
To return an item to Okobe.co.uk you must first create a returns request. To make things convenient for you we have a fully automated system. All you have to do is log into 'Your Account' and click the 'Return an item' link. Now click the 'View Order' button for the related order. Next, click the 'Return an Item' button and from here follow the on screen instructions.
What happens once I have submitted my returns request?
For security reasons we check through all returns requests. Once we have checked your return and approved it
you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number and further instructions on what to do next.
Can I request a return for software?
For copyright reasons we cannot process a refund or exchange for the following products if the seal is broken unless they are faulty:
Software, DVDs, CDs, tapes, videos or other recording media.
Have you received my return?
Don't worry. We will notify you via email as soon as we successfully receive your return. If you don't receive an
email confirming the receipt of your return within 8 days of you posting the return to us, please email us. Our
customer services team will investigate the matter for you. Please note that we require proof of postage before
we can check why your return was not received.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return is received by our warehouse you will be refunded within 3 working days. Please note that
it may take your bank 5-7 working days to process our refund request. The refund will be made to the same
card you used to place the order. If the refund attempt fails, most commonly because your card has expired,
declined or cancelled, we will send a cheque to the cardholders registered address.
Will you refund me the delivery charge for my return?
If you change your mind and return the item back to us you will not be refunded the postage costs for the return. If an item is confirmed to be faulty by our warehouse you will receive a refund for the return postage costs.
When will I receive my replacement?
As soon as your return is received by our warehouse your replacement if in stock will be issued within 3
working days.
Why did I receive a refund instead of the replacement I requested?
Products can sell out very quickly especially in the run-up to Christmas. Rather than make you wait for your replacement if it is out of stock, we will automatically issue you with a refund.
